Step 1

Provide us with a photo of your property 

  • Email your photo to this email address: alan203k@gmail.com. Rob will hand-design a new exterior aesthetic for you, based on the characteristics of the house.

  • We will email an invoice to pay online for your new thumbnail photo.

  • The current price is $250 for this service.*

Step 2

We will send you TWO custom MLS photo simulations

  • We will email not one, but TWO finished photo simulations for you to use in your MLS listing, and social media marketing.

  • The first will be the full “After” version, as shown here in Step #2.

  • The second photo will be the “Before & After” (as we refer to, the “slash through”), as shown below in Step #3.

  • We aim for a 48 to 72 hour turnaround.

Step 3

Go. and. sell. your new listing. 

  • Contact your Loan Officer to discuss pre-qualifying your prospective buyer for a renovation loan.

  • You, the Realtor®, and/or your Loan Officer, can contact me (Alan) to work directly with you both, and to consult and guide your client through the construction portion of the renovation process. 

  • We will all move toward the closing, together.
